Peaceful and relaxing hotel with helpful personnel in all areas. All in all absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice setting right by Mbale for two nights as well as most good restaurants or orange juice. Pool bar in the property...
Really tiny room.

The location is unbeatable and exceptionally nice, 15 minutes' walk to Sisiyi Falls. The rooms are well-equipped here with fresh towels and balcony. Staff is very friendly professional and you can park your car onsite. Truly enjoyed our stay and would have stayed for longer.

The grounds surrounding the hotel are pretty nice, with beautiful gardens that provide a serene environment. The breakfast buffet was decent. I particularly enjoyed the variety of options available each morning, which gives a good start to the day.
The facilities need major improvement. I stayed in a Superior Twin Room, and the sliding doors were a concern for security-they didn't lock well. The internet was a nuisance, frequently cutting out, frustrating. And let's not forget about the noise during the day. The music from the pool area was loud enough that it rattled my windows. The so-called 'newer' section of the building was also misleadingly advertised, showing its age and not providing the comfort expected from a higher rating.

Lovely stay with great views
Spent 5 nights, and I really enjoyed the lush greenery and fine views around the hotel. The super nice team, especially in the restaurant. I loved the local Ugandan food-they had some delicious options! Just wish the Wi-Fi was more reliable. It cut out a lot .

The superior twin room provided decent comfort, but several issues marred the experience. The sliding door's lack of security was worrying, as well as the unreliable internet that frequently cut out. Only one bottle of water was provided daily for two guests. While my stay was marked by these inconveniences, the restaurant served fresh, well-prepared dishes that were genuinely enjoyable.

A commendable fit for a brief sojourn in Mbale with extraordinarily good value for money. I particularly enjoyed the serene garden environment that provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a busy day. Just remember to check the Wi-Fi, as it sometimes cuts out unexpectedly.

great stay , but has room for improvement
The staff stood out with their attentiveness and responsiveness. The breakfast offered a good variety with fresh pastries that were a major highlight. I also enjoyed the scenic garden view from my room, which enhanced the overall relaxing atmosphere.
The sliding door's security felt inadequate .
